In one of the most spectacular concerts in recent memory and her first in four years, Beyonce graced the stage with three spectacular outfit changes.  No phones were allowed, but OND has all the juicy natural diamond details including $7.5 million of Lorraine Schwartz jewelry and the bonus red carpet outfit featuring custom jewels from Messika.

The superstar was paid a staggering $24 million for the show opening Dubai’s new ultra-luxury hotel, the Atlantis the Royal hotel. The extravagant show included a stage set on the Palm Jumeriah, Dubai’s famous palm tree-shaped island, and kicked off with a world-class firework show. The invite-only show was attended by her husband, Jay Z, and their kids, as well as her mother, Tina Knowles Lawson, and father, Matthew Knowles. Other celebrities in attendance include Kendall Jenner, Rebel Wilson, Chloe and Halle Bailey, and many others.

Before her performance, Beyonce was gilded on the red carpet in a custom Dolce & Gabbana gold Dress & Leg-Climbing Sandals, capped off with custom natural diamond earrings by Messika. The asymmetrical chandelier earrings were specially designed by Valérie Messika for Beyoncé’s stage return. These earrings center around four exceptional diamonds, including a pear-shaped diamond of 17 carats, a second pear-shaped of 10 carats, a third pear-shaped of 7 carats, and an oval-shaped diamond of over 18 carats, accented by dozens of other smaller diamonds for a total of around 57 carats of diamonds.

Beyonce’s first on-stage look was a bright yellow floor-length gown encrusted with glittering acrylic shards from the waist down and surrounded by a stunning feathered train that flared out around her shoulders like wings. The show-starting outfit was made by Omani designer Rayan Al Sulaimani, whose Dubai-based, mother-daughter-owned evening wear label, Atelier Zuhara, is known for such intricate work. The outfit was completed by a pair of natural diamond and green emerald earrings with triangular cut emeralds at the center, surrounded by 60 carats of white diamonds designed by Beyonce’s go-to jewelry designer, Lorraine Schwartz. She also paired the stunning yellow dress with a 30-carat natural vivid yellow diamond ring also from Lorraine Schwartz. In a touching moment, while in her first look, her daughter Blue Ivy joined her on stage to perform a duet of “Brown Skin Girl” in a complementary red sequin jumpsuit.

In her first outfit change of the show, Beyoncé reemerged into a corseted fire-red, skin-tight bodysuit with shoulder-length gloves, all decorated with intricate gold designs and included a voluminous red train. The mid-show stunner was designed by Lebanese designer Nicolas Jebran. According to Jebran, the silhouette was inspired by “royal attire”  with a nod to “Emirati women” and their love of “gold accessories and monochromatic color.” To complete the outfit, the Queen donned a pair of large yellow-gold natural diamond earrings with draped strands of diamonds surrounding two pear-shaped diamonds totaling 50 carats for a total of 80 carats.

In her final outfit of the show, Beyonce came out dressed in a pink minidress, long gloves, and leggings covered with crystals and gold made by Ukrainian designer Ivan Frolov. Frolove told Vogue, “the outfit was created in our workshop in Kyiv, Ukraine, during war and massive blackouts…It just goes to show that no matter what, Ukrainian brands continue to showcase their resistance and culture.”

The stunning look was perfectly paired with a pair of pyramid diamond earrings with large natural emerald cut diamonds at their center surrounded by graduating rows of baguette diamonds, all totaling 60 carats, again from Lorraine Schwartz.

Other jewelry worn by Beyoncé during her trip to Dubai include the David Morris white diamond Fusion necklace from their latest High Jewelry collection Skylines, as well as their white diamond Mantra earrings.
