Every year, the fashion community comes together with the CFDA Awards to honor the most prolific and influential designers in the country, from the brilliant minds behind the year’s hottest accessories to the craftsmen and women creating intricate garments that will go down in history.

CFDA, which stands for the Council of Fashion Designers of America, is a not-for-profit trade association founded in 1962, consisting of nearly 370 of America’s foremost womenswear, menswear, jewelry, and accessory designers. The yearly awards honor the best and brightest of these designers and attract their celebrity clients not just for support but often as awards presenters throughout the night.
This year’s CFDA Awards were held at the American Museum of Natural History in New York City, hosted by Teyana Taylor with red carpet coverage from Jenna Lyons. Standout winners included Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen of The Row for American Accessory Designer of the Year, presented by Benito Skinner and Jennifer Fisher, Ralph Lauren for the American Womenswear Designer of the Year award, which was presented to him by Naomi Watts. Additionally, Thom Browne won the American Menswear Designer of the Year award, presented by Mark Ronson and Public School designers Dao-Yi-Chow and Maxwell Osborne. Addison Rae and Christopher John Rogers presented the Google Shopping American Emerging Designer of the Year award to Ashlyn Park of Ashlyn.

Brittany Snow wears a custom black fringe gown from Herve Leger by Michelle Ochs, along with a simple yet stunning diamond tennis necklace, diamond stud earrings, a diamond bracelet, and ring, styled by Yael Quint.
2025 CFDA Awards: Julianne Moore

Styled by Kate Young, Julianne Moore opted for a diamond statement earrings from Ana Khouri to pair with her black Cynthia Rowley gown. Moore presented the Founder’s Award in honor of Eleanor Lambert to Cynthia Rowley during the ceremony.
2025 CFDA Awards: Jennifer Lawrence

Jennifer Lawrence went vintage, wearing a Suzanne Belperron rock Crystal, pearl, and diamond brooch from Sotheby’s A Legacy of Elegance: Jewels from an Exceptional Collection Auction in New York, an exciting auction coming this December. Lawrence presented Sara Moonves with the Media Award in honor of Eugenia Sheppard during the ceremony.

Rihanna wore diamond pieces from multiple designers, including a Fred Leighton round brilliant cut diamond and ebony earring by Antonia Miletto, diamond earrings from Nikos Koulis, DYNE Diamond Elexia Double Cuff, and DYNE Blackened Diamond Pod Pour Deux Hoops.

A$AP Rocky wore Briony Raymond Shadow Antique Diamond Drop Earrings, a vintage Boivin diamond ring, a vintage French retro diamond ring circa 1940s, a vintage French gold collar circa 1960, a vintage opal & diamond brooch circa 1940s, and a vintage 1960s diamond cuff, all curated by Briony Raymond.

Styled by Kate Young, Williams wore jewelry by Ana Khouri, including a white diamond rock crystal 18K gold ring, a Brazilian Rosewood 18K gold Constantino minaudiere, and the standout piece, an 18K gold necklace featuring a substantial white diamond in a white diamond setting.
2025 CFDA Awards: Olivia Dean

Singer-on-the-rise Olivia Dean wore Cartier to the CFDA Awards, including Reflection de Cartier earrings, bracelet and ring, a Cartier Maillon Panthère bracelet, and an Etincelle de Cartier ring, all in white gold and encrusted in diamonds. During the ceremony, Dean performed her song “So Easy (To Fall in Love)” from her second album, The Art Of Loving.
