Bad Bunny is beloved worldwide for his raw and magnetic music. The record-breaking musician has even earned the moniker of the ‘King of Latin Trap,’ selling out stadiums and drawing international praise – not only for his fantastically pioneering tracks, but also for his avant-garde style and head-spinning diamond jewelry

Born Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, the proud Puerto Rican artist pulls off some of the most unexpected looks with aplomb, thanks to his stylist Storm Pablo. The pair has worked together since 2019, meticulously crafting ensembles that remain cemented in public consciousness. The collaboration is one of the purest examples of unfettered creativity, always emphasized through the power of natural diamonds.

“Jewelry is the punctuation mark to every look,” Storm Pablo tells Only Natural Diamonds. “It’s what adds emotion and energy. It can make something bold, romantic, or rebellious in one move.” He says, “With Benito, it’s never about excess; it’s about intention. Every chain, ring, or brooch is part of the story. Jewelry lets us play with gender and power in subtle ways; it softens or sharpens a look. I work really closely with Marvin Douglas on that side; his eye carries this architectural and emotional depth that translates perfectly to what we’re trying to say through fashion.”

Jewelry designer and inaugural Emerging Designers Diamond Initiative participant Marvin Douglas Linares brings Bad Bunny’s styling team to a whole new level of jewelry expertise. The CFDA x Tiffany & Co. Jewelry Design Award Finalist works closely with Pablo to curate landmark jewelry moments that constantly embed symbolism into Bad Bunny’s style identity. Linares is known for infusing his work with his Salvadorian roots, while Storm Pablo, whose real name is Manuel San Agustín Pablo III, was born in Guam.

When it comes to bringing Bad Bunny’s Puerto Rican heritage into his style, Pablo says, “It’s everything.” He explains, Puerto Rico isn’t just a reference point; it’s the heartbeat. Our goal has always been to reflect who Benito is at his core, a proud Boricua who represents a new kind of masculinity and identity. Whether it’s through textures that feel like the Caribbean, or jewelry that echoes traditional gold heirlooms, we always make sure there’s a touch of home in every look.”

Bad Bunny Will Headline the Super Bowl LX Halftime Show

Now, Bad Bunny is set to perform for the 2026 Super Bowl Halftime show on February 8th at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California.

The singer confirmed the exciting news on Instagram in a shared post with Apple Music, Roc Nation, NBC, and the NFL’s official accounts. The short clip features Benito sitting atop a field goal post on a beach in Puerto Rico, wearing a streamlined suit, a traditional pava hat, and a one-of-a-kind Vice Versa necklace, featuring desert diamonds.

“It’s surreal,” says Pablo. “Seeing someone you’ve built worlds with step onto the biggest stage in the world – it’s emotional.” He adds, “For me, it’s not just pride in the work, it’s pride in representation. A Puerto Rican artist taking that moment for the culture is monumental. Also, as a stylist from Guam, I’m just grateful for the opportunity.”

When asked if they’ll have any stellar diamond jewelry plans up their sleeve for his performance, Pablo says, “Let’s just say…yes. The jewelry will be storytelling in itself. We’re working on something special for sure. But like always with us, it’s not just about sparkle; it’s about meaning.”

Basically an SNL veteran at this point, Bad Bunny made his fifth appearance on the iconic late-night sketch show, this time hosting the season 51 premiere. The musician opened the show, wearing an ensemble from The Elder Statesman, with Zoe rings from Vale Jewelry and desert diamond necklaces by Le Vian Jewelry. However recent, the moment has already become a favorite look of his stylist. “There are a few,” he says, “but one that stands out was the one we just did with SNL. He wore this tennis chain with brown diamonds, and it was beautiful.”

On the heels of announcing his world tour, Bad Bunny attended the 2025 Met Gala in a chocolate brown Prada suit, with a custom raffia tie, a traditional Puerto Rican pava hat by Neysha de León of De León Headwear, and Cartier diamond jewels. The singer teamed his Clash de Cartier diamond sunglasses with Panthère de Cartier huggie diamond earrings and the Cartier Tank Américaine diamond watch. He completed his look with a vintage Cartier Collection floral brooch, designed in 1962, crafted in platinum and white gold with natural diamond pavé petals and a yellow sapphire pistil.

“For the 2025 Met Gala, the suit had this almost sculptural silhouette, minimal in color but maximal in emotion,” says his stylist. “We used Cartier jewelry to bring in that sense of timelessness.”

According to Pablo, some were vintage pins, and some were custom-made by Marvin Douglas.

“It was actually Benito’s idea,” the stylist reveals. “He said, ‘I want a tie with brooches all over, ‘ and I made it happen.” Pablo adds, “I love having a client whose creative energy I feed off of and who brings exciting fashion ideas to the table in a collaborative way.”

Bad Bunny should win an award for his accessorizing abilities, on top of all his musical accolades. Benito attended the 2023 Billboard Latin Music Awards in a plain white tee and light-wash jeans. On its face, the ensemble doesn’t exactly sound red carpet-ready, but the additions are what made it memorable. The singer amped up his look with a backwards Los Angeles Dodgers fitted hat, a floral Gucci silk scarf tied around his neck, and more natural diamonds than you can fathom.

He accompanied his scarf with the extraordinary “Crown Chain” by luxury jewelry Avi & Co. Founder and CEO Avi Hiaeve designed the jewel in just five weeks, in time for the brand’s Miami Grand Opening. The necklace features an assortment of round, Asscher, cushion, princess, pear, and emerald-cut diamonds, totaling 257.61 carats. The chain consists of 32 large stones surrounded by nearly 6,200 round diamonds. “The most challenging part about creating the necklace was the time,” said Hiaeve. “I was working 24/7 for five weeks straight. But we made it through, and it came out beautiful.”

Storm Pablo recalls, “That was pure fun.” He says, “It had that weight and presence that you can only get from diamonds, especially on a white tee.”

If that wasn’t enough, Bad Bunny added asymmetrical diamond earrings, two eternity bands, and a bespoke diamond belt chain, all custom-made by Avi & Co. with high-quality, GIA-certified diamonds. On one wrist, he wore three diamond bracelets, and on the other, a sparkling Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Chronograph watch. Nominated for a whopping 15 awards, Bad Bunny tied for the second-most nominations that evening. He ended up taking home seven awards, including the coveted Artist of the Year award.

The star dominated the stage at Watsco Center in Coral Gables, Florida, performing his new song ‘UN PREVIEW’ for the crowd at the 2023 Billboard Latin Music Awards. He changed into a white tank and a pair of overalls and different, just as impressive diamonds. The Grammy-winner wore the very first limited-edition Avi & Co. AH000 watch, complete with 88.87 carats of diamonds. Worth $275,000, the white gold AH000 prototype has a 40 mm case with a gorgeous graduating band.

Benito added a massive, reversible natural diamond cowboy boot pendant on a thorny diamond chain by Pristine Jewelers. With over 500 carats of diamonds, the boot even includes a spinning diamond spur. “That was storytelling,” says Pablo. “It symbolized a moment in his fashion and music career.”

The musician-slash-actor decorated his braids with safety pins and red heart-shaped charms. He added diamond stud earrings, a gold hoop in his septum piercing, and layered heart-shaped diamond necklaces. Benito wore a bezel-set tennis necklace with heart-shaped diamonds with the heart-shaped Medio del Desierto diamond pendant necklace by Marvin Douglas.
