The ALROSA Diamond Inspector is a portable instrument designed to separate diamonds from synthetic diamonds and diamond simulants. It is manually operated but gives an automatic test result and is suitable for both loose and mounted diamonds.
The performance metrics shown below are based on testing done in 2019 using the ASSURE 1.0 test standard and sample sets. The Diamond Inspector has not been tested under ASSURE 2.0.
