Hailey Bieber’s Diamond and Gold Jennifer Fisher Gothic Letter Necklace
The new mode in diamond monogram gold jewelry is not to wear your own initials, but those of the one you love. Trendsetter extraordinaire Hailey Bieber showed just how the style is done with her custom-made Jennifer Fisher necklace, featuring all three of her husband Justin Drew Bieber’s initials writ large in pavé-set diamond and gold Gothic letters. The pendants are fixed on a Jennifer Fisher 18” long gold link chain.
The large diamond and gold letters in Bieber’s Jennifer Fisher jewel cost $6,500 each. The designer also makes medium, small and mini-sizes. The littlest pavé-set diamond letters cost $1,300.
Zendaya’s Yellow Diamond Bulgari Ring
By any standard Zendaya had an incredible year. The 25-year-old became the youngest woman ever to win a Best Actress Emmy for her role in Euphoria. She went on to further glory for her roles in Spider Man: No Way Home and Dune, plus was the youngest person ever to receive the CFDA’s Fashion Icon award.
In celebration of it all, Zendaya made a major diamond self-purchase from Bulgari. “This is my splurge, my treat-myself,” Zendaya told the British Vogue journalist Marisa Meltzer after she spotted the ring set with a large yellow diamond flanked by two white diamond side-stones on her finger. “I do get a little employee discount,” the actress who is an ambassador for the brand delightfully explained of the purchase. She went on to add, “It feels like it’s gonna be an heirloom, like one day I can give it to my grandchildren.”
While the one-of-a-kind jewel was clearly pretty pricey (even with a discount), and Bulgari jewels are relatively expensive, they do have a collection called Diva’s Dream Ring set with diamonds in gold that starts around $2,070.
Jennifer Lopez’s Diamond and Gold Foundrae Jewels
Last year on her 52nd birthday, Jennifer Lopez made her relationship with Ben Affleck Instagram official. In the gallery of images taken on a yacht, J.Lo posed in a Valentino bikini, vintage wrap and Nick Fouquet hat as well as several diamond and gold charms and chains that were birthday presents from Affleck.
“Ben wanted to get something really special for her birthday,” explains Foundrae’s Creative Director and Co-Founder, Beth Bugdaycay. “He wanted to put together a meaningful story.” Each charm he chose had symbolism behind it.
One of the biggest charms is a Foundrae gold and diamond Oversized Heart Love Token similar in style to the one illustrated above. Diamonds on the center of the Gold Love Key on Lopez’s long gold chain are set in a Love Knot pattern rendered in diamonds. The gold Protection Medallion features a scarab and diamond triangle. And the Resilience Medallion has a diamond flower on top of a gold openwork pattern.
The price of the Foundrae charms and medallions in Lopez’s necklace start at $1,650. The starting price of diamond and gold charms in the Foundrae collection start at $550.
Gwyneth Paltrow’s Diamond and Gold Robinson Pelham Identity Necklace
“One of the reasons I love jewelry so much is because it’s so expressive,” explained Gwyneth Paltrow in an Instagram post last June with the announcement of her G.Label jewelry collection. She went on to add, “How you mix and match it says so much about your state of mind and what’s inspiring you in that moment.”
The statement begs the question, what did she mix with the gold and diamond pieces from the first drop of her capsule collection?
The most prominent jewel is her gold Robinson Pelham Identity Necklace featuring a diamond bar motif set with 1.85 carats of diamonds. The jewel was a gift from her husband Brad Falchuk and clearly a favorite piece. A scan through the star’s Instagram shows she has been wearing it consistently for years.
More recently Gwyneth has been spotted on Instagram in another Robinson Pelham design that was also a gift from her husband. The gold River Bracelet is set with 2.4 carats of diamonds. We have no doubt it will cycle into her regular rotation of gold and diamond jewelry.
While these pieces are both over five figures, the British jeweler actually specializes in well-made affordable diamond designs. Robinson Pelham has a menu of single diamond studs starting around $375.
Blake Lively Gold and Diamond Marla Aaron Chubby Dime Ring
Blake Lively is a true jewelry lover. Actually, it would be more accurate to call her a contemporary design connoisseur. Her collection, made of pieces she has bought for herself and gifts from her husband Ryan Reynolds, boasts some of the hottest designers working today including Marla Aaron.
“Ryan ordered the Chubby Dime Ring for Blake as an anniversary present and had a personal message engraved on the interior,” explains Aaron. “Blake wears the ring frequently, and even tagged us in a hilarious photo on Instagram.”
The puzzle design of the ring is based on antique gimmel rings. Basically, it is two bands that can come apart, but are still attached at the base. “This is one of our most complex settings and the nearly 3 carats of diamonds must be specially cut and set in such a way to work fluidly with the opening and closing of the ring,” says Aaron.
While the ring comes with a special occasion price, the designer’s signature lock, another piece Lively has in her collection, is available in diamonds and gold for $1,830.
