The latest ingenue to grace every event’s ‘Best Dressed’ list is Anya Taylor-Joy. The 25-year-old Miami native has built a solid filmography in a short amount of time with acclaimed dramatic turns in films like The Witch, Thoroughbreds, Split, Glass and Emma. She quickly jumped from the ‘one to watch’ category to the A-list with her breakthrough performance in 2020 in the hit Netflix drama series The Queen’s Gambit. Her work earned her both a Golden Globe and a Screen Actors Guild Award, plus secured her invites to every major industry event.

Her quick ascent has also helped her build a team of top talent, including stylist and Image Consultant Law Roach, who also counts style icons such as Zendaya, Celine Dion and Kerry Washington as clients. In doing so, she has developed an enviable sense of fashion that is both bold and whimsical. “I always get the girls that are a bit fearless when it comes to their style,” Roach said about his latest muse.

Taylor-Joy’s sartorial confidence has extended into her use of jewelry; spotted sporting stunning diamond studs early on in her career, the actress now completes her winning looks with what sometimes amounts to millions of dollars of jewels from luxury brands such as Bulgari and Tiffany. With countless upcoming projects on her calendar, it’s safe to say she’s just getting started.

She was elegantly styled from neck to finger in all white Tiffany & Co. diamonds, including timeless and exceptional diamond drop earrings worth a whopping $1.5 million, featuring emerald cut diamonds over seven carats each. Pretty in Pink at the Emma London Photocall

Shortly after starting her partnership with Roach, Anya began the promotional blitz for her highly praised starring work in the 2020 adaptation of Jane Austen’s Emma. For the London photocall, she looked regal in a Zimmermann ‘Wavelength’ dress. The bold ikat-printed garment made quite the statement without any added touches, but Taylor-Joy isn’t one to play it safe. Instead, she included a perfect pair of matching earrings from designer Stephen Webster’s crystal haze collection. The beautiful pieces included wings of pink opal and low hanging strands of pave diamonds set in rose gold. A fashion risk that truly paid off.

Even before she had a big-name stylist, the English-Argentine star wasn’t afraid to make a splash on the red carpet. At the Glass New York premiere in 2019, she wore a shining gold Dolce & Gabbana jacquard suit. Taylor-Joy took the romantic, feminie take on menswear and gave it a modern edge with a purple lip and a side-swept hairstyle to show off the fantastic ear candy adorning her right side. Tasseled Treasures at the 25th Critics Choice Awards

Anya looked every bit a winner at her first Critics Choice Awards in March. Her purple tulle Dior Haute Couture gown could not be missed during the virtual ceremony, but knowing she would have to sit in front of a computer screen for the entire event, she made sure her jewels shone bright on camera. Taylor-Joy looked stunning in full-out Bulgari for the night, donning a diamond petal ring in rose gold and earrings featuring tanzanite bead tassels from the Italian luxury jeweler. The pieces hung just above her shoulder, topped with rubellite studs and circled with diamonds, giving her an incredible pop of color as she accepted her Best Actress in a Limited Series or TV Movie honor. “[Anya Taylor-Joy] embodies the strength and fragility of a new generation of gifted actresses who are challenging the star system,” said Dior creative director Maria Grazia Chiuri.
